I wish it was for 2 months 😂
But 2 weeks was enough for me to come back to my centre. Enough silence and stillness to hear my own yes and no.
To hear my intuition.
To allow my creativity to flourish.

My only intention for this trip was to listen to my own needs and wants and follow that.

With nowhere to be and no one to take into consideration, it was overwhelming to see my “shoulds” being so loud🙈

I “should” do a big workout today
I “should” go and explore more and not just sit here and read
I “should” do inner work

Even the guilt of others expectations and them wanting something from me.

Work sending emails and messages
Booked with a surf coach and cancelled same day because of period pain
A traveller I met wanting to meet up for her to vent and wanting a session

Each time I took the space to pause and ask what I wanted. If it filled me up or drained me. If I was people pleasing or it was aligned.

Then I decided to do what my soul needed and was lit up by.

Don’t get me wrong. I did do plenty or inner work and releasing. Beliefs around being too much or fear of rejection. It was deep and profound.

But I didn’t do it because I “should” or because I need to fix anything. I just sat down with my feelings when I wanted to people please and abandon myself for the sake of being “good” to others.

I have returned to Australia different.

More unapologetically myself than ever.

And yes I will keep checking in with myself before making any decision, this liberation I intent to keep🥰

I feel so different and at the same time so much more “myself”.

TIM goes beyond identity and mind.
Those drawn to TIM do so from the pulse they feel awakening them to experience and REMEMBER this state of being.

My TIM offerings will start in August in person in Lennox Head.

I would not be who I am and not have the life I have if she hadn’t chosen me❤️

I found her in a shelter in Lismore 6 years ago but honestly, she is the one that saved me🥰

Everything I do with her best at heart, I know is the right path❤️

Just by being herself, she cracked my heart wide open (tears are even falling down as I am writing this😭)

Ever since studying Naturopathy, I have been fascinated with mental health and neurotransmitters.

Most likely fue to my own behaviours and what I was working through within myself🙈

Nowadays I only take in clients for Naturopathy that wants to work in Emotional eating, detox and stress.

Because no matter the place, situation and client. The common denominator was always stress.

Learn to manage your stress and see your life change!

But instead of prescribing a supplement or a diet plan (although they have a place). The best medicine you can prescribe is to add connection, intimacy and love to your life.

However that looks like for you. Whether it is cuddling your dog or attending a women’s circle or a gym class, connection is a need on a soul level💕

There will come a time in your journey when what once protected you, now acts as a self-sabotage.

When moving through this, stepping out of your comfort zone and aiming to reach your goals, you will feel big feelings.

Shame
Guilt

We are wired for survival and for survival we need to fit in.

How about if we are trying to fit in with the wrong people?

Does your childhood teachers approval mean anything anymore? Do you care what your classmates think now? Is your family’s rules still the only thing that matters?

Stepping out of people pleasing and looking at our own needs will first feel but how else is your tribe going to find you? 🌺

A big part of my work and personal journey is to use triggers to access the original wound and story and reprogram it.

When I first started with this I received backlash about “focusing on the negative” from the spiritual bypass community.

You know…the ones telling you to “just be love and light” 😂👍

Life is messy, humans are meant to feel emotions and everyone have stories with pain in them.

This is what we agreed to when we decided to experience duality.

So, what is on the other side of those triggers? What is the point of facing and integration everything you have programmed and carry with you in your field?

It is exactly this!

To be able to see the glimmers. To fully feel peace, joy, excitement and love.

I believe everyone deserves to look at their life and notice all the glimmers🫶

In family constellation, we accept what we have been given without giving back what is not ours to give and without the resentment of what wasn’t given. With acceptance comes peace. This is forgiveness to life🙏

But with curiosity and emotional awareness that starts slowly to change.

Projection is not going to get you anywhere.
Regulation is!

Most of us didn’t practise emotional regulation while growing up. We often didn’t even witness the adults around us practising it either.

Regulating is a skill and a rewiring of our brain that needs to be learnt and practised before we see results.

At the other end there is safety and clarity.
And we all want that right? 😊
